Installment Loan

  • How much money can I receive from a NiceLoans! installment loan?

    The amount you're approved for is based on a number of factors, some of which are collected from the information you provide in your original NiceLoans! application.


    There are also state-mandated loan amount limits. Please visit your state page to view loan rates and terms.

  • What are my repayment options?

    You can take advantage of the following repayment options:

    • Installment Payments: You may pay back your loan principal plus accrued fees through a number of scheduled payments made over the loan term.
    • Full Payment: You may pay back your loan in full at any time without any prepayment charges.
    • Early or Partial Payment: You may make an early or partial principal payment on your loan at any time with no prepayment penalties.
  • What is an installment loan?

    An installment loan is a loan that is paid back through a series of payments.

  • What is the finance charge?

Loan Applications

  • Do I need to fax or email any documents?

    Yes, these documents include:

    • Verified bank account and voided check (if applicable)
    • Valid Driver’s License/State ID
    • Current proof of income (e.g. pay stub or benefits letters)
  • Can I apply for a loan from NiceLoans! if I have less-than-perfect credit?

    Yes, less-than-perfect credit will not prevent you from qualifying for a loan. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders, NiceLoans! may be able to assist you in obtaining a lending option that fits your needs.

  • How will I know when I have been approved for a flex loan?

    NiceLoans! online applicants will receive an email notification when approved; In-store applicants will receive approval immediately in most cases.

  • Will NiceLoans! communicate with me by email and/or text message?

    NiceLoans! uses email and text communications to keep you informed of your Flex Loan approval, payment reminders, promotions, events, and more. It's very important that you receive all email communication from NiceLoans! concerning your account.


    To ensure you receive important emails from NiceLoans! please add our email address, cs@niceloans.com, to your address book as a trusted contact.

Missed Payments

  • How do I provide payment information to the NiceLoans! Ccstomer support department?

    Please call (888) 908-8016 to speak with a representative. Do not email or fax any credit card or bank information to our customer support department.

  • What if I do not have the money in my bank account to satisfy my upcoming payment?

    You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements. If your debit is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason, we will initiate recovery procedures immediately.
