It's official. Spring has sprung in the Volunteer State. The weather is warmer, the flowers are in full bloom, and everyone is itching to get outside and spend time in the sun. Luckily, spring in Tennessee means many exciting adventures and outdoor activities to do with friends and family. Here at NiceLoans!, we put our heads together and came up with a list of some of our favorites.

Memphis Zoo
The Memphis Zoo is not only one of the most exciting things to do in Tennessee, but also it's considered one of the top zoos in the country. It's one of the few zoos in the United States that features pandas in addition to over 3,500 other animals. Some of the zoo's newer residents are its beloved hippos, and you'll also be able to see and learn about elephants, bears, crocodiles, lions, tigers, and other amazing creatures. If you're looking for spring outdoor activities for the whole family, the zoo is an absolute must.

Cheekwood Estate and Gardens
If you're looking for outdoor activities in Nashville, consider stopping by Cheekwood Estate and Gardens. The 55-acre estate and botanical garden features over 150,000 blooms in spring as well as seasonal activities, like Dogs and Dogwoods, Cheekwood Beer Garden, various art exhibits, crafts, and live music. It's a lovely place to spend the day enjoying Tennessee spring activities.

Beale Street Music Festival
Taking place every year in early May, the Beale Street Music Festival is considered one of the most exciting things to do in Tennessee. For three days, over 60 beloved musical acts take the stage at Tom Lee Park. The festival features a blend of artists from across all genres and plenty of fun.

Tennessee Craft Fair
Another one of the most exciting annual spring activities is the Tennessee Craft Fair. Head to Nashville's Centennial Park to enjoy live demonstrations, kids' activities, and the work of artisans from all over the world. It's a sure sign of spring in Tennessee because it takes place in late April or early May. You may even feel inspired to start your own craft project.

Memphis Redbirds at AutoZone Park
Sports fans know that the start of baseball season is one of the most exciting spring activities across the nation, even in Memphis. Every April, the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple A affiliate team for the St. Louis Cardinals, take to the field at AutoZone Park. For baseball fans, it's one of the top things to do in Tennessee in April.
